PM Hub ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit projectmanagementhq.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

PM Hub is operated by Osman Gani. You can contact us at oz [at] ukdigitalconsultant.com with any privacy question or request.

What we collect

• Signup details. If you join the founding member waitlist, we collect your name and email address via our signup form.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, general location (country/city level), device type and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To email you about your founding member signup and membership access.
• To send occasional updates about PM Hub content, if you don't unsubscribe.
• To understand and improve how the site is used.

Who we share it with

We use the following third party processors to run this site:

• MailerLite: stores your name and email to manage signups and send emails. See MailerLite's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics: collects anonymised usage data. See Google's privacy policy.
• Stripe: if you pay via the "Pay £47" button, Stripe processes your payment and collects your email, name and card details to do so. See Stripe's privacy policy.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Payments

The free signup form joins our email list for free PM resources and updates. It does not process any payment and does not grant Hub access. Full Hub access requires paying £47 through our Stripe checkout. Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, collect or store your full card number, expiry date or CVC on this site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Stop using your data for marketing (you can also unsubscribe via the link in any email)

To exercise any of these, email oz [at] ukdigitalconsultant.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.

Data retention

We keep signup data for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
